Agreement and Cancellation Policy
for Multi-day Tours

Agreement: The following constitutes an agreement between you, the guest, and Canyon Dave Tours, Inc.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of one half the tour price is due with your booking. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the start day of the tour.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are effective on the date received by Canyon Dave Tours,
Inc. by email at canyondavetours@gmail.com, by fax at 928-635-2525,
or by postal mail.
Cancellation refunds are as follows.
If Canyon Dave Tours, Inc cancels, all your payments will be returned including deposit.
30 Days or more before tour start date: full refund less any non-refundable hotel or activity reservations made for your tour by Canyon Dave Tours, Inc.
Less than 30 days before start of tour: deposit will not be refunded.
Once the tour has started, if you must leave the tour for serious unforeseen emergency, Canyon Dave Tours will refund $500 per person per day missed. However, if you choose to leave the tour for any other reason, no refund will be made.
Rules: For Your Convenience
Smoking and Cell phones: Smoking in the van or in any establishment or conveyance where tour guests congregate is prohibited. Please smoke outdoors only.
Health: This tour may be moderately demanding and guests must be in good health. There will be optional walking excursions, sometimes over irregular terrain. Please bring comfortable walking shoes, a hat, and sunscreen. Please consult your personal physician for any health concerns, and give appropriate information to Canyon Dave Tours.
Travel Insurance: We suggest that you obtain separate travel insurance to cover any unexpected extra costs such as those incurred for luggage losses or damage, unexpected airline costs, medical evacuation, etc.
Provided Meals: Only one entre per person is allowed. Alcohol is not provided.
Changes to itinerary, hotels or conveyances: We promise to make every effort to present the entire tour as advertised. However, Canyon Dave Tours, Inc. and/or the tour leaders/directors reserve the right to alter or substitute one equivalent experience for another, entirely at our expense. We reserve the right to substitute hotels or restaurants as deemed necessary, but the alternates will be of similar quality.
